Teks Procedure di gunakan untuk menunjukan bagaimana mengoperasikan suatu alat tertentu juga menunjukan bagaimana membuat masakan berdasarkan suatu resep tertentu juga bagaimana membuat suatu produk berdasarkan serangkaian langkah yang bertahap.

HOW TO MAKE FRIED BANANA

Ingredients:

4 small finger banana (make sure that the banana is sweet)

1 egg

1 tsp. sugar

6 Tbs. flour

water

a pinch of salt

vegetable oil for deep frying

utensil :     -  Stove

-   deep fryer / frying pan

-   bowl

-   napkin

methods/instruction

1.      Place flour in a deep mixing bowl. Make a well in the middle of the flour, and add egg, sugar and salt. Add water little by little. Whisk vigorously until batter is evenly smooth for coating and not too thin. If it is too thin, add more flour.

2.      Peel banana and cut in half lengthwise and then cut again with 4-inch width. Dip into batter to coat generously.

3.      Heat oil in a wok or deep fryer until moderately hot. Place coated plantain or banana in the wok or deep fryer and fry slowly until golden brown and crispy. This usually take approximately 10-15 minutes.

4.      Remove bananas from oil, drain on paper napkins and dry well.

5.   Serve while still warm

How to Make Jelly

Making jelly is very simple by following these directions.

You will need one packet of jelly crystals, a 500 ml jug, 250 ml of boiling water, 200 ml of cold water, and a bowl.

1. Empty contents of a packet of jelly crystals into the jug.

2. Add boiling water.

3. Stir well until crystals dissolve.

4. Add the cold water and stir.

5. Pour mixture into a bowl.

6. Refrigerate until firm.

Below are the steps to make instant fried noodle. They are not in the right order. Put them in the right order and use necessary words of sequences.

	Take the noodle from the water and drain it.
	Spread fried onion and the noodle is ready to serve.
	Pour the seasoning, soy sauce, and chili powder into the noodle, and mix well.
	Boil the noodle in two glasses of water and simmer for 3 minutes.
	Put the noodle on a plate.

MEATBALLS

What you need for the ingredients

·        1 kilo of very fine minced meat (preferably beef)

·        2 eggs

·        300 grams of tapioca-flour

·        4-8 cloves of garlic

·        1 red onion

·        1 teaspoon of white pepper

·        2 teaspoons of salt

THE STEPS

First of all,mix garlic, red onion, salt, and white pepper in a mortar or mixer.
Second step, mix the spice-mixture with the eggs, the tapioca-flour and the minced meat.
After that, use your fingers, add a cup of water, and keep on working until the mixture feels soft and smooth.
Then, boil some water in a rather large pot, at least about 2 liters.
Next step, start rolling the mixture into small meatballs.
Finally, lower the meatballs into the boiling water. When they float up to the surface the meatball are ready to serve.

Pendidikan Karakter untuk Membangun Keberadaan Bangsa

Mengawali tulisan ini, patut kiranya kita memberikan “makna” lebih tentang tema besar yang diangkat pada acara Hari Pendidikan Nasional tahun 2010 yakni ”Pendidikan Karakter Untuk Membangun Keberadaban Bangsa”. Karena Dunia pendidikan diharapkan sebagai motor penggerak untuk memfasilitasi perkembangan karakter, sehingga anggota masyarakat mempunyai kesadaran kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara yang harmonis dan demokratis dengan tetap memperhatikan sendi-sendi Nagara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI) dan norma-norma sosial di masyarakat yang telah menjadi kesepakatan bersama.

SERTIFIKASI 2011

Pelaksanaan  sertifikasi  guru untuk  tahun  2011  mengalami  perubahan yang mendasar antara  lain  menyangkut  mekanisme  registrasi  dan  mekanisme penyelenggaraan  sertifikasi;  penataan  ulang  substansi  dan  rubrik penilaian portofolio;  substansi  pelatihan,  strategi  pembelajaran,  dan  sistem penilaian Pendidikan  dan  Latihan  Profesi  Guru  (PLPG). Hal ini perlu dipahami  dengan baik  oleh  semua  unsur  yang  terkait,  baik  di  pusat maupun  di  daerah. Unsur pusat  yaitu  direktorat  yang menangani pendidik,  dan Lembaga  Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan (LPMP). Unsur daerah yaitu dinas pendidikan provinsi, dinas pendidikan kabupaten/kota, kepala sekolah, guru yang diangkat dalam jabatan pengawas, dan guru, serta unsur lain yang terkait dalam sertifikasi guru dalam jabatan tahun 2011.

Kuota nasional peserta sertifikasi guru tahun 2011 ini sebanyak 300.000 guru dan terbagi dalam dua pola:

• kuota portofolio sebanyak 2.940 (0,98%)
• kuota PLPG sebanyak 297.060 (99,02%)
